What will I do?
- No cold calling! You’ll focus on maximising MICE and Group opportunities through new enquiries inbound & existing enquiries
- Support with the ongoing development & training of a growing Central events team.
- Handle complaints and disputes.
- Be that ‘go-to’ person for all team member queries or questions.
Is this the role for me?
- Previous experience working within a hotel sales team, hospitality central sales department or event operations
- People management experience
- IT savvy
