Summary

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented Procurement Administrator to join the Runwood Homes team on part time temporary basis.

Your main days of work would be Monday, Thursday and Friday.

As the Procurement Administrator, you will work within the procurement team and be a vital player in the smooth and efficient running of the purchasing department.

You will provide excellent administrative support and customer service including processing customer orders in a timely manner whilst building excellent rapport over the telephone and using written forms of communication.

Your attention to detail will need to be exceptional as you will have be key in ensuring orders are placed in line with budgetary requirements and invoiced correctly.

This is a varied and interesting role and you will be involved in all aspects of the procurement operations.

You will be enthusiastic about joining a well-established company and be eager to develop your knowledge within purchasing and IT.

Your responsibilities as the Procurement Administrator include:

Processing orders on behalf of our sites
Recording all orders and reconciling invoices
Liaising with sites and suppliers on all order queries
Keeping our approved product list update
Providing general support to the wider procurement team as required
Creating and sharing spend reports to be shared with the wider team
As the Procurement Administrator, you will have:

Previous experience in an administrative role
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service skills when communicating with sites and suppliers
Proficient in MS Office
Flexibility to assist with other teams
Excellent telephone manner
