Summary

The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for an admin assistant for our client based in Lenham, Kent.

Requirements for the role: Transport administration experience (beneficial but not required) Excellent communication skills Telephone compliant Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Job Roles include: Managing phone calls and email enquires, directing enquires to the appropriate person. If possible, utilising previous transport administration experience. Maintaining and updating records, databases and files. Assisting with appointment management. Assisting with general admin duties. Maintain an organised environment. Shift Pattern:

The standard working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. However, there is some flexibility on the start time until 9am but are all required to finish at 17:00.

Pay Rate per hour: £11.50 per hour What you will receive in return: £11.50 per hour Weekly pay 29 days of holiday Access to online payslips
