Summary
Vehicle Parts Sales Executive
- Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:30pm - 1 Hour Lunch break
- 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 08:00am - 13:00pm
- Basic - £28,000 + Bonus
We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Parts Sales Executive to join our expanding client's business in Shrewsbury.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role involves representing the client's brand professionally. The Parts Sales Executive will focus on cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing customers, with the goal of meeting designated sales targets. Additionally, this role involves championing the brand, showcasing expert knowledge, and providing support and advice to customers during interactions.
Some of the duties for this Parts Sales Executive role will be :
- Provide timely communication to customer on their credit status.
- Attain personal KPIs and revenue goals by targeting specific customers.
- Precisely identify suitable parts to fulfill customer sales needs.
- Foster strong rapport with customers through consistent phone and face-to-face interactions.
- Effectively utilize all product promotions to reach set targets.
- Recognize and capitalize on potential sales prospects within the customer base.
- Sustain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about competitor actions.
- Deliver exceptional service by comprehending customer needs, promptly responding to inquiries, advancing orders, and offering expert guidance.
To be successful for this Vehicle Parts Sales Executive role, you will have:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, adept at building relationships and meeting targets.
- Confident communicator experienced in fast-paced or telesales environments.
- Passion for automotive industry and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Proficient in IT, especially MS Excel.
