What will you be doing as a Third Party Claims Handler:
Working as part of an established team you will be dealing with all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Claims. Duties will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
- Acting as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
- Identifying and referring fraudulent activity
- Liaising with solicitors, insurers and accident management companies
- Liaising with different departments to establish liability
- Handling complex files such as liability and high value cases
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar Claims Handler role with handling 3rd party claims
- Either hold a CII Certificate or willing to work towards this
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer care skills with active listening skills
- General Excel skills
