We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Case Handler Apprentice. This role is customer service focused, and the successful candidate will also be responsible for updating our systems with accurate notes. As an apprentice, you will receive full training and support from the Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and qualification.

Responsibilities:

Updating our case management system, actioning all allocated tasks and customer enquiries received by post, email or telephone in line with department processes.
Liaise with customers, clients, and suppliers regarding a range of queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that they are kept fully always updated with the progress of the case.
Booking our clients appointments considering distance and convenience for the client.
Achieving personal and team KPI targets including call quality measures, efficiency, and attendance.
To adhere to company policies/procedures as advised by management and noted within the employee handbook.
Work in line with data protection and confidentiality guidance.
Ensuring first time resolution by displaying a thorough knowledge of all processes and understanding the needs of the customer.
Regularly review processes and provide suggestions for efficiencies on team.
Identify and escalate any issues accordingly.
Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in updating systems and notes
Basic computer skills and familiarity with using various software applications
Willingness to learn and develop new kills through the apprenticeship program
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
