We are recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Setter who is familiar with AMADA machines to join a busy manufacturing company in Redditch on a permanent contract.

The Press Brake Setter will be responsible for setting and operating CNC press brakes, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring that all components meet the stringent quality standards set by the company. The role demands a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate setting and operating of CNC press brakes.
- Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings.
- Conducting regular quality checks to maintain high standards of production.
- Adjusting machine settings to accommodate varying material types and thicknesses.
- Collaborating with the production team to enhance efficiency and output.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings and blueprints.- Familiar with AMADA Machines
- Familiarity with various types of metals and their properties.
- Strong mathematical and technical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
