Summary
The role
Our team is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Payroll and HR Admin Executive to join our people team. You will produce timely and accurate new starter documentation, process monthly pay, advise and guide managers enabling them to manage their payroll effectively. You'll manage the central benefits such as pensions, childcare vouchers, company cars and private health care while looking for ways to improve and develop these benefits, you'll update policies and procedures and complete monthly / annual reports as required to the business needs. The role reports directly to the Payroll Manager and is part of a team based from our Commercial Hub in Rugby - Northampton (NN6 7XR).
This is a full-time, office-based role.
What you’ll bring to the team
An ideal candidate would be not only detail-oriented but also embrace innovation and creativity to enhance the team’s performance. You’ll be confident and tech-savvy individual who can intuitively use the latest technology and systems (i.e. EPS and Cintra). Familiarity with benefits, wage deductions, UK tax procedures and Right to Work or a background in a similar role would be advantageous.
