Summary
A vacancy has arisen within Summerfield Browne Solicitors for a Finance and Practice Administrative Officer to join our Market Harborough office. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with an interest in the legal sector to become an integral part of our team. Previous experience of working for a law firm is desirable but not essential.
We are rapidly growing firm offering good quality work and excellent career prospects.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communications and organisational skills, along with a good telephone manner. Previous finance experience is highly advantageous.
Duties include invoicing, accounts, file opening, assisting recruitment, assisting marketing and business development and taking telephone calls. Accuracy and good attention to detail is critical. Your work will also support other fee earners and consultants. Training will be offered where required.
You maybe the person we are looking for if these qualities apply to you:
• Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of IT and confident with computer packages
• Professional telephone manner
• A willingness to learn, must be a quick learner and have good attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to use their initiative and thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment
You will need to be thorough, punctual, committed, and articulate, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Working Days - Monday to Friday
Salary – Competitive, Dependent on Experience
