Description
As a Customer Service Agent at Sc6, you will be an essential part of our team, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with other team members to address customer concerns while maintaining accurate and detailed records of each interaction.
Responsibilities
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Providing accurate and detailed information about company products and services
Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
Handling and resolving customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Providing feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns and trends
Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience working in a similar role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17.30
Pay Per Week: £19.05
