We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Revenues Officer to join our Customer Service Call Centre team. As a Revenues Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their revenue-related inquiries and providing them with exceptional service. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding revenues, billing, and payment-related issues promptly and professionally
Assist customers in setting up new accounts, updating account information, and providing guidance on payment options
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution to customer issues
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer problems or technical issues
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and documentation
Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and handle escalated customer situations effectively
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17.30
Pay Per Week: £19.05
