If you're passionate about making a difference in healthcare and possess strong technical skills with an electrical or electronic engineering background or qualification, we invite you to apply for the position of Workshop Engineer based at our recently renovated, state of the art head office in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.

As a Workshop Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance, repair, and calibration of kidney dialysis equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous functionality and reliability of our machines, contributing directly to the well-being of our patients relying on our life-saving technology.

This is a full-time position of 37.5hrs per week, working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on kidney dialysis machines to ensure optimal performance.
* Accurately calibrate and test dialysis equipment to meet industry standards and ensure precision in treatment.
* Implement and adhere to strict quality control processes to guarantee the safety and effectiveness of the equipment.
* Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and calibrations performed. Generate reports as required.
* Work closely with the engineering and technical support teams to address complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You, you will:
* Have either an electrical or electronic engineering background or qualification.
* Ideally have proven experience in the maintenance and repair of medical equipment, preferably kidney dialysis machines.
* Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
