Summary
Property Services manager needed in Kidderminster £450 ref 17526
Full time hours on a temporary Hybrid basis.
- To lead the estate management service across all operational and non-operational buildings falling within the Client’s ownership.
- To manage the Council’s appointed Asset and Portfolio Managers and Property Managers/Managing Agents in respect of the properties acquired as part of the Capital Portfolio Fund.
- To manage the letting of vacant floorspace and property across the Client’s estate.
- To manage, review and issue all leases and licences for occupation across the Council’s estate, including undertaking rent and service charging reviews.
- To select, appoint and manage outside consultants and contractors.
- To support the Client’s commercialisation agenda and to maximise the potential to derive net commercial income from the Client’s assets.
- To liaise with the Client’s Finance and Accountancy teams to oversee the Asset Valuations contract.
- To advise the Client on the valuation of its land and properties.
- To manage the disposal and acquisition of land and property by or for the Client.
