An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join LCHS NHS Trust as a PA to the Head of Medicines Management and Medicines Management Senior Administrator.
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for highly motivated candidates. People who see a problem or a challenge and work through/ around it in innovative and collaborative ways. Time management and prioritisation skills are key. The ability to relate to different people, in differing situations is paramount.
Responsibilities and duty of the role:
The post holder is responsible for providing secretarial, administrative, and clerical support in line with medicines management service requirements. As such the post holder will be a vital link between ward/clinical staff, doctors, nurses, patients, other departments, and medicines management staff and will be expected to project a positive and helpful image of the department at all times
