Summary

Recruitment Assistant

We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our friendly Recruitment team - part of the HR directorate on a part time, permanent basis as a Recruitment Assistant.

We are looking forTWOdynamic and enthusiastic people, who will be an integral team member of our Trust to help us carry out our future vision and promote WUTH as a great place to work.

As the successful candidate will have the chance to make a real difference by providing a high quality, customer-focused recruitment service to both prospective and current employees, as well as our recruiting managers and is able to deliver this with a professional and personable approach.

As this is a part time role you will be required to work 19 hours per week however days/times are to be agreed with successful applicants.

You will be responsible for liaising with candidates and managers, playing a proactive part in the recruitment process, providing appropriate and timely advice, information and support. You will need to have attention to detail and a flexible approach will be essential. You will be processing the full end to end recruitment process which includes:
• Data input on workforce systems such as Trac Jobs and ESR
• Assisting recruitment administrators and coordinators with Compliance checking and advertising vacancies,
• Supporting the completion NHS employment check standards including: verification of ID, Right to work, DBS, Occupational Health, Professional Registration/Qualifications and References
• Supporting and attending Recruitment Events on evenings and/or weekends

You will use the Trusts selected Recruitment system (TRAC). The post holder would also input new starters details onto our ESR system.

You will also be expected to have confident and competent computer skills, with the ability to work within a team and be self-motivated.
