- Hybrid working 2 days in the office at Catford which is easily accessible via public transport of by car. On-site subsidised parking.
- A Candidate who can hit the ground running.
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
-To inspect private sector accommodation and determine its’ suitability to be leased to the council to accommodate homeless families.
-To provide technical support to the temporary accommodation service and prepare the hostels capital programme.
- To Carry out visits to properties regarding disrepair claims and conduct detailed reports that can be used in court.
- To manage the VOID process from start to finish liaising with necessary internal teams and landlords to ensure they are abiding by their contract.
- Candidates need to be familiar with SOR codes and Disrepair Claims.
