● Lead and deliver all aspects of costmanagement from inception of a project through to completion. Value completedwork and arranging payments.

● Providing accurate cost advice andreporting to our clients.

● Undertake cost analysis.

● Achieve the highest standards ofprofessional competence and to demonstrate this ability in all dealings withclients and professional contacts, reinforcing the profile of the company.

● Produce cost estimates at concept,scheme and detailed design stage.

● Work alongside clients toestablish their requirements.

● Estimate material quantities,costs, labour and time.
● Prepare tender and contractdocuments - this can include bills of quantities.
● Produce cost reports on time, quality and cost of projects.
● Negotiate contracts and work schedules.
● Make sure clients get value for money on the project.
● Advise on contractual claims and disputes.What you'll need to succeed
● Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICSor equivalent is required).
● Preference given to degree-levelqualification.
● Technical knowledge andcompetence.
● Strong analytical skills and apro-active methodical mind-set are essential for success within thisdetail-orientated environment.
● The ability to build lastingrelationships with clients and colleagues.
● You have grown alongside abusiness scaling, experiencing 'getting your hands dirty alongside buildingout robust processes and teams as the business has then matured.
● Dynamic and prepared to get involvedwith company processes, software and automation of company outputs.
● Ability to strategise and solveproblems.What you'll get in return
