Summary

Traffic Management Operative Qualified - High Speed

Location -Stafford

Applicants must hold a minimum qualification of 12AB and a full UK licence with less than 6 points *T&Cs apply.

Salary:From £144.14 per shift, depending on location, skills and experience, with company benefits.

Plus £500 welcome bonus in first pay!

General hours of work are 48 hours per week and isnight shift working. In addition to your 48 hours, overtime is also available.

All applicants must be available to work weekends and work away if and when required. Notice will be given so other arrangements can be made.

Responsibilities:

The Traffic Management Operative sit at the heart of everything we do, and you will be responsible for:

- Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other equipment on high-speed roads.

- Undertaking traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.

- Helping and guiding new trainees

What good looks like for a Traffic Management Operative:

- TTMBC

- Qualified Lantra 12ab card

- Knowledge of Chapter 8

- Physically fit and able to pass a safety critical worker medicaland any other relevant medical assessments your offer will depend on the outcome of this.

- Less than 6 points on your driving licence. Restrictions on points apply for insurance purposes. You will need to speak with us if you have more than 6 points on your licence'.

- Able to pass a drug and alcohol testyour offer will depend on the outcome of this.

- Positive “can-do” attitude

- Are Highways England inducted.

- HGV licence/IPV Ticket
