Summary

Job Title -Operations Administrator

Location -Stafford

Hours -40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

About the role ofOperations Administrator:

As Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations department. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that deadlines are met and excellent customer service is upheld.

Responsibilities of Operations Administrator:

Your daily tasks will include:

- Creating and maintaining systems with all required works

- Processing of monthly and weekly timesheets for payroll

- Monitoring and reporting on performance, ensuring that we exceed our targets and service levels

- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries from clients

- Placing orders and dealing with invoices

- Providing regular and ad hoc management information and reports

- Planning meetings and taking minutes

- Assisting in the preparation of scheduled reports

- Keeping accurate records of all clients' requirements

- Actioning request applications

- Any other operational administrative tasks

- Proven experience in an administrative role

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft office

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Efficient in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

- Excellent attention to detail
