Summary


We are pleased to announce we are now welcoming applications for the role of HR Support Services Officer.

To provide high quality and efficient transactional HR services to the Trust and workforce, ensuring all transactions occur accurately, in a timely manner, in line with appropriate Trust Policies and Procedures.

Delivering a professional service focused on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction by offering support and advice where required and ensuring KPIs are met.

Please note the post holder will be required to work from Lakeview House, Bedford
• To be responsible for monitoring and managing the HR Payroll Forms Inbox daily, responding to emails appropriately, taking a proactive approach to ensure that queries are resolved, and HR Forms are processed within the designated timeframes.

You will become part of a supportive team, facilitating a wide range of recruitment for EEAST. This is a busy role, but one that offers an excellent sense of achievement and the opportunity to develop a range of coordination and administration skills as well as an understanding of the Ambulance Trust and how they deliver great patient care. You will have the opportunity to learn from your colleagues and will be encouraged to rise to all challenges and opportunities available to you.
