Summary


On-site Requirement at Lakeview House, Bedford, minimum of 3 days per Week

1 x Full Time 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm)

1 x Part Time 28.5 Hours Per Week (Monday - Friday 09:00am - 14:40pm)

We are seeking applications for the new role of Recruitment Administrator in as part of the ongoing Recruitment and Shared Services Department restructure.

Join us in an exciting period of growth and transformation! As we enhance our recruitment strategies and systems, influenced by recent Lean workshops and other pivotal changes with our TRAC system, we seek dynamic professionals to be part of our evolving recruitment team.

Be at the forefront of change and help Lead the future of our Recruitment Service.
• To regularly monitor approved vacancies on the TRAC system, review and apply next steps
as appropriate (advertise, chase documentation etc).
• To Link all vacancies to ESR in line with service requirements and timescales.
• Send and manage TRAC comms relating to the moving of vacancies through the recruitment
process from Advertising to Interview Outcome.
• Build rapport and strong working relationships with hiring managers to coordinate a smooth
process for allocated vacancies.
• To coordinate the communication with candidates throughout the advert to interview stages
to provide updates, reschedule interviews and manage expectations of next steps and
timescales
• To readvertise vacancies as required.

You will become part of a supportive team, facilitating a wide range of recruitment for EEAST. This is a busy role, but one that offers an excellent sense of achievement and the opportunity to develop a range of coordination and administration skills as well as an understanding of the Ambulance Trust and how they deliver great patient care.
