Summary
Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operative
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £37,253.69 (overtime is available)
Working Hours: 40 Hours
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Location: Work to be carried out in North London/Essex area

The difference you will make as a Multi-Skilled Operative
As a Multi Skilled Operative you will work as part of a busy and successful team within Riverside Property Services where you will complete a range of repairs and refurbishments works on our properties. You will deliver exceptional service to all customers whilst working safely within guidance and providing quality work.
About you
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is positive and friendly. The successful candidate will have:
- A core trade in either plumbing or carpentry, other skill sets would be an advantage
- A full and current driving license
