How You Can Flourish in This Role:

As a Payroll and Finance Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in the organisation by efficiently managing payroll processes for
approximately 700 team members. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements, addressing
payroll-related queries professionally, and providing support in financial processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and
reporting. With essential skills such as payroll administration, HMRC compliance, and proficiency in Excel, you'll bring accuracy,
organisation, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Your contributions will positively impact the effectiveness of the
Finance team and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.




What You Will Bring:

You'll bring experience in large, computerised payroll systems, along with an understanding of HMRC payroll filing requirements
and pensions compliance. Your competence in payroll administration, intermediate Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word
and Email will enhance operational efficiency. With excellent organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and
meticulous attention to detail, you'll ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll activities and financial processes. Your
proactive approach to identifying process improvements and commitment to staying updated on payroll developments will contribute
to the continual enhancement of payroll solutions. Additionally, your strong communication skills will be invaluable in addressing
queries from team members, third parties, and liaising with customers and suppliers. Overall, your skill set and qualifications
make you well-equipped to excel in the multifaceted responsibilities of the role at LED Group Woodbury Support Office.
