We are actively recruiting for Cover Supervisors to support our school network with quality and consistent staff. If you’re passionate about education and have experience in Cover Supervising / Supply teaching roles you could be the perfect person to join our team.
Our schools are looking for Cover Supervisors who have an in depth knowledge of the curriculum and that are able to adapt to any classroom environment. The successful Cover Supervisor will be working across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. You will be working with enthusiastic and inquisitive young people and helping to provide them with positive classroom experiences without the planning and preparation. Strong communication skills and excellent classroom management are essential.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
• CACHE LEVEL 2/3 OR 6 months experience
• Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
• Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
• Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
