The first phase of the castle is due to open late spring/summer which will be an exciting time. We currently have an exciting opportunity available for ten Food & Beverage Front of House Assistants, primarily based in the Castle and at various locations throughout the estate. Playing an important role in delivering the DLC culture to create memorable visits and experiences for our members and their visiting guests.

Each day is varied, with the opportunity to develop your experience within a wide range of facilities while playing a leading role in ensuring we create memorable experiences for our members and their guests.

Discover Your New Path

Part of a close-knit team you will collaborate with colleagues throughout the club to create memorable moments for our members and visiting guests at their ‘home from home’ making sure each visit is unique. Food & Beverage Front of House Assistants provide hospitality to those visiting and using the castle facilities. Whether they are visiting for a day and have lunch or drinks or staying overnight for a few days with us in one of the suites, having morning coffee and breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening dinner and drinks.

Making sure all the linen, cutlery, crockery and glasses are clean, polished and ready, drinks and ice are stocked, and you have a good knowledge of the food on offer that day. We’ll give you the opportunity to get creative and will back your ideas.

Offering drinks and snacks, lunch or afternoon tea or an afternoon cocktail or whisky or serving their dinner in the evening, a night cap and wishing them a good night’s rest. We are people who like to do things differently that makes for a truly unforgettable experience and redefines what service can be.

From the grand dining halls or the beautifully designed suites of the castle to the designer homes of our club members to the woodland retreats and comfort stations located throughout the estate. This role offers a huge amount of variety and challenge.

As a food & beverage team, you don’t just work in one area of the castle, you need to imagine the castle is your home and you are ‘welcoming friends and family into your home’.
