Discover Something Unique:

Playing an important and vital role within the Taymouth Castle project the Estate Residential Services Assistant maintains all our back of house areas, keeping them clean and tidy ensuring that the exceptional standards associated with our club are upheld. Working closely with team members throughout the castle and outlying areas of the estate this role requires someone who is organised, takes pride in a job well done and gains genuine enjoyment (get a buzz?) from making others happy.

Whether you are just starting out or looking for a change in career, the Residential Services team have a wide range of skills and experience and will offer the right individual the best training and development.

Key Requirements:

Part of a close-knit team the Residential Services Department is spread across the whole estate working and collaborating with colleagues throughout the various areas of the club to create memorable moments for our members and visiting guests at their ‘home from home’ making sure each visit is unique.

As part of this dedicated and hands-on team you will plan and prepare the departments equipment, cleaning products, supplies and linen. Ensuring everything is kept organised for the Housekeeping Assistants in readiness of members and their guests’ departure days and the servicing days in between.

Coordinating with the Housekeeping Assistants in the smooth delivery of clean and fresh linen and the pick-up and collection of dirty linen and rubbish from the properties across the estate.

Attention to detail is the key making sure the team are kept updated and that all communications are clear and placed in the handover report allowing a complete update for the team on shift in the coming few days.

Keeping our incredible facilities clean and tidy requires a one team approach. This is a varied and exciting role responsible for maintaining and cleaning the welcome gates, offices, staff restaurant, colleague bathrooms and our recently refurbished village toilet facilities; all refreshed daily.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, warm and friendly and enjoys being part of a team with a ‘can-do’ approach. Is open to seeking advice and support when needed with a desire to play a part in ensuring our members; their families and friends have memorable stays time and time again.

This role is not just based in one location and will require travel around some of the facilities within the Club so a valid UK Driving License will be essential to fulfil this opportunity.

Previous luxury sector experience is not essential. We are at the start of a long and fascinating journey and as the club grows, so will you, learning new skills, taking on new roles and responsibilities.
