Position: Production Operative
Location: Liskeard
Employment Type: Full-time
Hours: 37 hours per week, rotating shift pattern (details below)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the production and throughput of products across the factory, either manually or as a machine operator.
Maintain a keen focus on safety and quality standards.
Demonstrate enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive mindset.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential; full training provided.
Ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing.
Willingness to operate machinery and perform general factory duties such as stamping, trimming, and sanding.
Flexible approach to working hours and willingness to work a floating shift pattern.
Own transport essential
Shift Pattern:
Week 1:
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 13:15
Friday: 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2:
Monday to Thursday: 13:00 – 22:15
