Summary
Are you ready to lead a production department with safety, efficiency, and productivity at the forefront? Join our team and collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of targets. Working a dayshift pattern:
Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:30
Fri 08:00-13:00
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the department, prioritizing safety, cost-effectiveness, and productivity.
Foster collaboration with other departments, including departmental controllers, shift supervisors, production planning, laboratory personnel, and managers.
Ensure timely and complete delivery of targets.
Attend regular meetings and participate in on-site and off-site training, with occasional travel required.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience is preferred, with training provided as necessary.
Basic computer skills are desirable, and internal training may be available.
Strong organizational skills are essential.
Maintain good housekeeping practices, both practically and administratively.
Possess a positive and assertive attitude.
Demonstrate self-discipline to meet set targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and work effectively with others.
Own transport essential
