We are looking for an organised, efficient, and experienced Control Room Operator to join our security team at the Bank of England. An SIA licence is essential, but CCTV not essential as training will be provided for the successful candidate.
The Bank of England is a very iconic brand and a sensitive location., you will be working a safe environment undertaking a wide variety of tasks. If you show aptitude, there will be opportunities to develop further either within the Bank of England or in the wider Mitie business. You will also be screened to SC clearance level, a huge benefit for any member of staff.
Where: Bank of England Debden, Loughton. Essex,
Hours: Average of 8 hours per shift, working days, nights and weekends - 1hr unpaid lunchbreak
Hourly Rate: £15.70

About the Role:
-Delivering excellent customer service
-Good level of concentration and coordinating
-Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities
-Physical protection of the Bank from any external or internal threats and preservation of life
-Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information or reputational damage
-Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, visitors and vehicles.
-Undertaking patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures.
About You:
-SIA licence essential
-Ability to demonstrate that you can problem solve under pressure
-Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
-SC clearance - vetting will be conducted after completion of successful interview
