Summary


An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative person to be part of the Brent Health Matters Clinical Teams.

This exciting role is at the heart of these dynamic, community-based teams, working to reduce Brent’s Health Inequalities.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience of working in an acute NHS, Community care setting or within Children Services administration

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration service, supporting those hard to serve communities of Children, Young People families and adults, who have difficulty accessing health services.

You will have experience of using computerised information systems, collating statistics, production of reports and developing and maintaining electronic filing systems.

You will be highly organised with the ability to work on your own initiative.

You will be patient focussed with the ability to think calmly and logically under pressure, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a positive attitude to maintaining high standards at all times.

• The purpose of the Brent Health Matters Team is to work directly with local communities, community leaders; engage with Children, Young People (CYP) families and adults who have difficulty accessing health services, improving health education, healthcare needs and some of the social determinants of health inequalities for our most vulnerable communities.
• The post holder will be an experienced and innovative administrator who will work as part of the Brent Health Matters clinical teams, in providing comprehensive high level administrative support.
• Take responsibility to support the achievements of the services Key Performance Indicators/targets.
• Act on their own initiative in dealing with day-to-day administrative issues.
• The Administrator is an integral part of the combined Brent Health Matters Team, whose purpose is to act as an initial point of contact for internal staff, external organisations and present a welcoming and professional image for the department and trust.
• The BHM team has two branches – Adults and CYP. The post holder will support both the adult and CYP BHM teams however they will report directly to and be line managed by the NHM team lead for the adult services.
