Location: Can offer a hybrid opportunity, however will need to be at each of the academies you look after each week. The Academies include: Broadlands Academy, Offa's Mead Academy, Brockworth Academy and The Ridge Academy.

Academies Enterprise Trust seeks to hire an Area Site Manager for South West- covering 4 of our Academies.The primary responsibility of the Area Site Manager is to oversee the operational aspects of the Trust buildings and grounds within their designated area. This includes ensuring the safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of the facilities.

The main objective of this role is to guarantee compliance with regulations, maintain equipment, and promptly address any emergency repairs. Above all, the Area Site Manager must prioritise the safety and compliance of the sites under their supervision.

The ideal candidate will have experience of premises management, building cleaning or building management.
