Summary

Randstad C&P are currently recruiting for a Site Manager who is seeking to take the next step in their career and join an emerging construction firm based in Bristol! The role will give the chosen candidate the opportunity to work on various high profile schemes within the commercial space, from office refurbishments to new build educational projects.

As a Site Manager, the selected candidate will have the chance to lead and manage construction projects across the region, contributing to the growth and development of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient coordination and productivity.
  • Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinating with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and records, including daily reports, progress photos, and safety documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
