Hays are representing a large commercial organisation to recruit a Marketing Communications Lead in Belfast.
Your new role
As Marketing and Communications Lead, you will deliver strategic and hands-on initiatives in marketing and communications for the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute strategies for marketing, public relations, media, and communications and collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to implement these strategies effectively.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and press releases, utilising third parties where necessary.
- Oversee and optimise social media engagement to enhance visibility and impact.
- Keep the website updated and user-friendly.
- Curate and manage a collection of images.
- Design and adjust multimedia presentations, incorporating relevant visuals.
- Handle AV setup for various presentations and functions.
- Manage and oversee events.
- Compile marketing analytics and reports for stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a similar field.
- Experience of managing both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in executing, directing and optimising marketing and communication projects.
- Proficiency in copywriting and editorial tasks.
- Experience with the production and delivery of marketing materials.
- Advanced IT proficiency as well as website management and experience managing social media for business.
Desirable: - Prior experience with a marketing agency or in related sectors like PR, design, advertising, or digital.
- A minimum of two years in a dedicated marketing and communications role, focusing on campaign management.
- Capability to handle various projects for internal stakeholders concurrently.
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel for work.
