What you'll do

As a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Communications Manager, we’ll look to you to be a trusted partner for TPRM and Supply Chain. You’ll be assisting with communications, training, guides as well as providing wider support. With exceptional relationship management skills, you’ll also be engaging stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives, through the agreed communications roadmap.

Additionally, you’ll be:

  • Managing the strategy and execution of communications for both TPRM and Supply Chain, specifically communication for the internal business, external third-party and the wider stakeholders

  • Collaborating with colleagues across TPRM and Supply Chain on requirements and defining a roadmap for prioritisation

  • Maintaining strong knowledge around the bank's standard communication methods, templates and approaches, to ensure the function remains aligned to the broader bank

  • Responsible for timely, consistent and creative communications that support the business in the delivery of our strategic objectives

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with experience of writing and publishing communications and developing a communications strategy. You’ll need awareness of working with internal and external stakeholders and knowledge of working with third parties will be ideal.

You’ll also need:

  • Experience of projects, IT and change engagement
  • The ability to manage complexity and translate into simple outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence across key stakeholders at different levels within the bank
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
