Summary

We’re looking for a Root Cause and Improvement Manager to join AXA Global Healthcare and deliver meaningful business insights, generated from various internal and external data sources. You’ll conduct the development of business insight production, using business data from various sources to better understand AXA Global Healthcare’s Complaints and overall customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Work with the Customer Care Delivery Manager within AGH to set up a continuous root cause analysis cycle bringing multiple channels of insight and data together to drive positive change
Create a root cause analysis governance structure, engaging stakeholders to support agreed plans
Set up an approach for data analysis, creating opportunities to improve the customer experience
Collaborate with the wider Data and Analytics teams to source new data sets and data opportunities through your analysis skills
Effectively analyse multiple sources of data within AGH, using industry best practice RCA methods and analytical skills to present data, engage with stakeholders support data driven decisions
Maintain multiple Root Cause Analysis forums where data is shared with key stakeholders
Produce regular key reporting to multiple sources, allowing us to effectively monitor our performance against our Customer’s Experience
Engage and influence stakeholders to deliver on agreed actions, managed within a central action log, escalating where required and providing necessary updates to key forums
Engage and work alongside the AGH audit team to ensure planned audit activity of wider processes link to RCA findings and output clearly outlines actions
