Summary

AXA Global Healthcare’s digital presence is growing and is pivotal to achieving the business’ transformation strategy. As Website Strategy Manager you will own and lead the ongoing development and optimisation of AXA Global Healthcare’s website to drive the growth of our business while also ensuring we deliver the best possible experience to all users. You'll work part of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells office.
What you’ll be doing:

Manage the maintenance and development of the portfolio of websites under the business’s ownership, including content management and implementation of campaigns, whilst collaborating with the marketing managers and their teams to optimise all digital activity to reach relevant global audiences.
Lead the technical SEO activity, in close partnership with the digital marketing agency. Oversee and ensure the timely implementation of a schedule of SEO optimisations on the website to boost and maintain strong SEO performance.
Oversee the end to end User experience of customers on the website, lead continuous UX optimisation and improvements, including UX is optimized and accessible for customers.
Support with sprint planning for the dedicated development team and backlog management to ensure plans are in line with support key business priorities.
Manage and contribute to cross-business strategic projects and transformation initiatives. Ensure customer requirements and UX are always considered whilst ensuring consistency of customer experience and use of best practice in digital developments.
Lead the CMS migration from CMS 11 to CMS 12 this year with Optimizely
Report on web activity, ensuring it complies with both AXA and AGH guidelines, and provide regular performance reporting mapping out the user journey on the website.
Work with external digital and/or creative agencies to create new functionality for the website to improve the UX.
Manage the roadmap of tools and systems to constantly improve and optimise the performance of the website activity.
Ensure knowledge of digital best practice and web design innovation is kept up to date, and utilise this knowledge in developments.
Develop and manage direct reports in keeping with AXA’s Performance Management and people development guidelines.
Scope will include website in English and in French
