Job Description:

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who will be instrumental in creating an exceptional offer at Daffodil. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in restaurant management. You will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, staff management and customer satisfaction. You will support the catering team to work towards Michelin Guide and 2/3 AA Rosette level standards - developing your team to effectively communicate our seasonal food and beverage offerings to customers.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Lead, train, and inspire a team of staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Oversee the coordination between kitchen and dining room operations.

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations.

Implement and uphold service standards and operational procedures.

Handle staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations.

Monitor and manage restaurant budget, inventory, and cost controls.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Address customer feedback and resolve any issues to maintain a positive dining experience.



Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar managerial role in a reputable establishment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of restaurant operations including food, beverage, service techniques, and guest interaction.

Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
