Summary


The post is to support the Healthy Family Team in the delivery of a universal and targeted 0-19 Healthy Child and Public Health Nursing Programme. This will be delivered in line with the National and Local guidelines and public health priorities. Working proactively using a partnership approach to promote health and contribute to tackling health inequalities within the level of competencies required for the post.

You will work within an office environment providing administrative support to the Healthy Family Team

There will be a short, annual clinical role supporting with the delivery of the National Child Measurement Programme within schools. However the majority of this post will be administrative/clerical duties within the Healthy Family Team.

There are 2 vacant posts based at Gateford Children's Centre, Worksop and Retford Hospital, Retford. However the successful candidate will be required to work flexibly to support the needs of the Healthy Family Team across the Bassetlaw District as required to meet the needs of the service.

You will work within an office environment providing administrative support to the Healthy Family Team along with the annual delivery of the National Child Measurement Programme within schools.

We support agile working and from time to time, when service needs allow you will be able to work from home.

A full UK driving license and vehicle for business use (travelling between locations) is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010 or the ability to be able to attend various locations as required by the service.
