Summary


Working in prison health is never dull or predictable; every day will bring new challenges and new experiences.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled clinician with demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills to take up the position of Clinical Matron at HMP Ranby You would be working alongside other healthcare professionals in the wider healthcare team. You will have support from a highly motivated and dynamic leadership team to deliver the best care possible to our patients at HMP Ranby.

You will be responsible for providing clinical and managerial leadership to a high standard, promoting best practice and developing Physical Health services to enhance quality and improve patient experience.

You should be enthusiastic, motivated, patient focused and enjoy challenge, with skills and experience of leading teams. We operate in a supportive environment with a commitment to personal and professional development.

Effective communication, a strong collaborative approach and the ability to engage the nursing workforce and multidisciplinary teams within an ever changing, ever challenging environment is essential.
