Main Responsibilities
• To lead the Electrical operational service delivery team utilising a mix of Directly employed labour and specialist contractors to ensure the effective delivery of Statutory, mandatory and reactive maintenance in line with KPI's and ensuring that works comply with Health Service requirements, Statutory instruments, Health Technical Memorandum (HTM’s) and Health Building Notes (HBN’s).
• Ensure that shutdowns for maintenance, refurbishment and new build projects are properly co-ordinated and managed across all maintenance areas and support other maintenance managers with similar activity.
• Undertake Authorised Person duties relevant to core trade and or within capability and competence; ensure Operational Estates Officers and Team Leaders also undertake relevant AP duties as necessary or required.
• Participate in the duty engineer on call rota as required
