Summary
Responsibilities:
To deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years.
To Support the room leader with the daily running of the room.
To ensure the room and resources are safe and appropriate for children, staff and others.
To uphold the highest level of safeguarding practice and ensure company policies & procedures are adhered to at all times.
To play a part in planning and providing appropriate daily activities in line with guidance from the EYFS.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum
- Ability to engage and interact with children in a positive and nurturing manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
