Summary
Job Duties:
The Business client manager will predominantly deal with business clients, supervision of store assistants taking orders for food and products, issuing invoices, negotiating, setting up credit accounts, collecting payments, issuing payment reminders, building good business relationship, assessing stock levels, forecasting sales during busy periods and work with Store and Customer Service Manager for sourcing goods from suppliers, including researching suppliers and finding good quality products and agreeing to timeline for deliveries, taking into account shelf life of goods. Post will also involve assisting Customer Service Manager with managing store assistants, dealing with customer complaints, managing, planning and co-ordinating incoming food and product deliveries. Attending business Events to promote our business and generate sales leads for new business. Work closely with other Managers to ensure smooth running of the business in meeting the needs of all client groups, including managing staff during Customer Service Mangers’s absence and during busy periods, as directed by Store Manager/Director.
Minimum Salary
26400.00 per year
Applicants must have the required skills and experience working as a Customer Service Manager in a Food retail/wholesale business dealing with business customers and have a good knowledge of a wide range of world foods and products, excellent negotiating and staff supervision skills and excellent customer services, including complaint handling. Candidates must be well organised, be able to prioritise and have a minimum of 3-4 years of solid previous work experience to be able to work in a busy environment.
