Summary

£30,000 to £50,000 per annum

The role of Commercial Analyst is a brand-new role to support our National Accounts Team. Churchill Services are a fast paced and expanding Facilities business and the Commercial Analyst will play a vital role in spotting opportunities and solutions as well as client requests around additional costs which will require tailored cost documentation.

As Commercial Analyst, you’ll be:

  • Assisting in driving good financial practices with an effective approach that maximises both revenue and profitability, working to support agreed sales targets.
  • Actively and successfully, manage the complete sales costing methodology, asking questions, solution challenge, assisting in negotiation, and handover to the operations team.
  • Driven, motivated and attention to detail in ensuring all cost and finance opportunities are explored and capitalised, to maximise our conversion.
  • Effectively interact with all relevant internal departments including customer services, Bid Team, and operations teams.
  • Generating meaningful reports and tracking of profitability and contract life performance

As Commercial Analyst you’ll have:

  • Experience in reviewing / negotiating / drafting / amending high value contracts.
  • Experience in similar commercial role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in creating, managing and maintaining relationships.
  • Resilience and to work in an ever-changing business.
  • Able to plan and prioritise workload to ensure objectives are achieved on time.
  • Able to identify problems and make decisions, taking appropriate action to resolve.
