Summary
An opportunity to work within a small team of Physios, Nurses and Assistants delivering a comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation programme to people with a variety of cardiac conditions.
Working with the cardiac rehab leads, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the input of data into a national audit tool.
- Explore the NACRA tool, liasing with the database centre in York.
- Work with the team to plan the introduction taking into account, training, barriers, workload etc.
- Produce a realistic timeframe to introduce the system.
- introduce the audit database causing the least disruption to clinical work as possible.
