Summary
MAIN JOB SUMMARY:
To deliver and manage the maintenance of new and existing premises.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintenance and premises development tasks are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
• Undertake any maintenance jobs that fall within your areas of expertise.
• Make recommendations for the use of external contractors as and when required.
• Coordinate/monitor any external contractors employed to provide property maintenance.
2. A comprehensive maintenance action plan is set, scheduling preventative and routine maintenance and new jobs as they arise.
3. A high level of customer service is maintained when dealing with any problems/requests. Prompt responses are given to the service needs of all customers (internal and external). Any defects are corrected / reported to the centre managers promptly.
4. Refurbishment of all new premises is sufficiently planned, coordinated and monitored.
5. Ensure all equipment is maintained and in a clean and safe working condition.
6. Maintain a sufficient stock of materials and spares.
7. Risk assessments on LifeLine properties are carried out regularly. Complete and maintain documentation in line with Health and Safety regulations relating to water, fire, and electrical equipment and appliances and any other technical laws/requirements.
8. Observe and implement the organisation’s practice guidelines, systems and procedures, including equal opportunities and health and safety.

Other Requirements:
1. Willingness to undergo relevant training.
2. Willingness to be flexible and work unsociable hours.
3. Applicants will be required to undertake an Enlaced DBS Check.
