Summary
Role Purpose:
As Partnerships Officer in International Buying Team, you will be responsible for supporting supplier communication and services deliverables management as well as providing business insights, and relevant & timely meeting packs to support supplier management and Group projects.
A typical day in this Role:
- Supplier relationship and services management – support Top to Top meetings, business review deck preparation and meeting arrangement, and ensure service delivery
- Drive AS Watson and suppliers’ regional projects, which involve Offline+ Online (O+O) commercial strategy, category development, etc.
- Close engagement and meaningful connections between multi-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Event management- support regional committee meetings, Global Suppliers Conference, workshops, virtual connections preparation.

Success will depend on:
- Having a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines with at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in Retail and FMCG industry.
- Good project management, collaboration skills along with strong growth mindset.
- Strong analytical & presentation skills to provide clear and evidence-based case studies & recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Passionate for long-term career development in the O+O (offline + online) retail industry.
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
