Summary
Office administrator general duties including filing, incoming calls, post, direct mail & email marketing.
General day to day office duties including : filing, incoming call answering, post, direct mail & email marketing. Logistics- includes obtaining shipping quotes from a variety of shippers and couriers and arranging international & domestic shipments. Learning to use Intuit Quickbooks accountancy package in order to create sales invoices and entering supplier’s bills. Arranging and monitoring product samples to be sent to customers. Processing credit card payments. Ordering office stationary items. Acting as sales support for the sales team which includes talking to customers and taking messages for the sales team.
Working week: Mon- Thurs 8.30 to 5.30 Fri- 8.30-5.00
Desired skills & Qualitites:
Experience with Microsoft Office, excellent verbal communication and accurate admin skills are essential.
Organised, good telephone manner work to a high level of accuracy.
English & Maths equivalent to grade C GCSE or equivalent.
