Summary


There is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Pharmacy Administration team at Manchester University Foundation Trust. This role will help to provide a robust and responsive administration service to support our busy and energetic pharmacy teams. Based primarily at the Oxford Road Campus with occasional cross-site cover, you'll be part of a hardworking and friendly team that is the welcoming face of the department. • To provide general administrative support to Senior Managers and the Operational Management Teams across Trust sites.
• To provide responsive and comprehensive administrative support to high-level department and trust-wide committee meetings, including preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes.
• To provide reception duties, ensuring visitors are welcomed and dealt with appropriately and in a professional, timely manner.
• To provide support and information to all staff within the directorate in relation to HR, payroll and recruitment.
• At times activities are varied and diverse, as the post-holder is expected to adapt to support the Senior Management Team and the Operational Managers in meeting their service delivery priorities.
• To ensure an effective, efficient administrative service to the department.
