Summary


We are looking for enthusiastic bank administrators to work within our various areas including Guys, St Thomas, Evelina and Community Services – Lambeth and Southwark. You will be working closely with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, provide excellent customer service whilst working in a busy environment.

Being on the Trust bank means you will be open to a wide range of roles duties may include;
• Booking patient follow ups/Referrals
• Preparing clinics and booking tests/appointments
• Reception - answering telephone, patients queries and being first point of contact
• General office administration – scanning, filing, posts

Due to the nature of the services some of the roles may be non-patient/patient facing and will be expected to work 37.5hrs per week/rota based and some may include working on weekends and out of office hours.

Being part of our bank opens you to a wide range of experience, training and some of bank staff go on to be our permanent staff.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team in developing the service in line with departmental plans and Trust corporate objectives.
• Undertake any general administrative responsibilities
• Participate in department and self-development as appropriate to departmental changes.

Undertake any other duties commensurate to the grade, required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department
