Summary
The position is a Senior role and would involve leading the team of nurses, nurse associate and HCAs whilst liaising with Partners and Management. We would expect that the candidate will have already worked in General Practice and be competent in the following areas: Cytology Immunisation Sexual Health and Contraception Chronic Disease Management, ideally the candidate would have a specialist interest in a specific chronic disease area Travel The candidate will need to be a good team player, dynamic and adaptable, have good communication skills and be ready for the additional challenge of running the nursing department. Further training and support will be available to the right candidate. Full NMC registration is required, and an enhanced DBS check will be carried out on the successful candidate. Salary is dependent on experience but will be reflective of the leadership role.
